Once their story passes an initial review, freelance reporters and outlets co-applying for the FIRE Greenlight Grants must answer certain Google Form questions.

They are encouraged to preview the questions via the PDF below.

This is a draft for private use only. It is not to be filled out and submitted to FIRE. If your inquiry is accepted, you would receive a link to the Google Form itself—for which the preview should help you co-prepare.
